So yesterday was a momentous day!!
President Biden stepped down from the nomination for the Democrats in the 2024 US election.
I feel like it was such a decent and valiant thing to do. It seems that once in power, it can be hard to let it go. But he did! And if the Democrats can get themselves organised to nominate a new candidate without a bloodbath, , , maybe that maniac Trump can be stopped!
It is such a cause for celebration. . . And I have a post to commemorate this day.(see Instagram version below)
